Poems and prose on a break-up.
I listen to a podcast by the author and my impression was that the book is about the world decaying. However, I ended up reading it as just a break-up story.
One side of the book is prose and the oher side is poetry. The poems didn’t really work for me, but I did enjoy the prose, esp. the chapter where the 30-something male protagonist goes hiking in Lapland with his a lot more sporty friends. Feels real!
